A Note to Our Community
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to surrender our operating license with the State of California. This choice was not made lightly. Increasing regulatory burden and the rising cost of compliance and operations have made it unsustainable for us to continue operating in a way that supports our values and standards.
What has never changed—and never will—is our belief in the therapeutic potential of cannabis. We are deeply grateful to the patients who trusted us, supported us, and believed alongside us in the power of plant-based medicine to ease suffering, restore balance, and improve quality of life.
While our manufacturing operations have come to a close, our work has not disappeared. We have licensed several of our core formulations to Mountain Source Dispensary, a Native American–owned dispensary located on tribal land in Santa Ysabel, CA. These products are manufactured exactly to our original specifications. They are produced under the same standards we upheld in California’s licensed market, including independent third-party laboratory testing and full compliance protocols comparable to those required by the State of California. Due to jurisdictional regulations, these products cannot be delivered off tribal land; Patients interested in accessing them must visit one of the tribe’s distribution locations in the Native American market, or their on-site location at 25575 Highway 79, Santa Ysabel, CA. There, patients can continue to find some of our most trusted offerings, including our Joint & Muscle Balm and select Tincture formulations.
This chapter may be closing, but our commitment to education, access, and advocacy remains.
